Bad quality hair

I purchased 26” Vietnamese SDD hair for expecting high-quality hair suitable for long-term use as advertised. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, the hair became extremely frizzy, tangled badly, and was clearly not the quality that was promised.

I immediately contacted the seller regarding the issue and was instructed to return the hair for inspection, which I did at my own expense. The seller received the returned hair but failed to provide proper feedback or process my refund.

What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional treatment I received when following up about my refund. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was insulted and treated disrespectfully.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this supplier and she is selling what is not advertised on her TikTok and WhatsApp pages. And I am not the only one she has done this too, I have other people that experience this.
