Don’t book at Rbnb, think and read policies clearly!
I have no experience using an Rbnb, and I write this as a warning! I did not read the refund policies that apparently state that you cannot get your hard earned money back if you have to cancel. I think their policies are inhuman to take your money if you did not even stay there or had any benefit of it. We cancelled just a few hours after we made the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, more than a full day before arrival and they just stop all communication. They just refuse to talk to me further and yes I lost my hard earnde money.
