I was searching for accomodation in Sandton at Southern Sun Sandton website but for some reason a name called Guest Reservation came through and I thought that's the site they use for their booking. It had discounted room rates and I booked a room for R1468,00 but when the payment came through into my account it was R2388,00 and I was shocked. But now when I try to get hold of them - I cannot, the email bounces back, their website when I put my reservation code says Forbidden. I ended up reporting the case to FNB ***** and now even my card is cancelled while this is being investigated.
