Worst service ever

I bought 2 guess watches only to find that one was not working, i took it back to the shop under the impression that they would give me a new one, but they said they need to send it to their workshop and i would get a response in 4- 6 weeks which i found to be ridiculous, its now week 8 and still nothing. I thought i was using a superior brand but they service they provide is the worst i have experienced yet. I want a new watch or my money back now, they still have the guts to ask if i have received a sms every time i go there to check.
