WAITING FOR CALL

I purchasd two guess bags. the fabric on both bags started peeling of. i took the m to the Guess Gateway branch and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I left thee bags behind for assessment and requested that i needed to speak to some one other that the *********** staff. nobody bothered to call. about five months later after several calls to the shop, i decidedd to go there. i was then told that there was nothing that they could do for me. I again reiterated that i needed to speak to the person that asked me to take the bags there in the first place. too date noone has bothered to call me and my phone calls to the shop is extremely frustrating as nobody is able to help me. Further more my bags have not been returned to me and this also a year or so later
