Very very bad service

<p>I bought a guess watch in 27/12/14, In 2015 it stopped working i sent back to Guess they said its a battery promblem then i paid after few days its stopped again i sent it back they confirm that it s a mechanism they fixed it because it was under warranty , its worked in March and April again in May its stopped and it clear that there is a huge problem with the mechanism of this watch, it has been sent for repair three times within six months. In December, January and February , it came back to me in March, I only used it in April and May again at the beginning of June it stopped. This is not fair because I bought this watch because I was in need of the watch but now it’s spend more time in repairs than with me. It is clear to me that Guess watches are not a quality as I thought; it’s like other cheap watches even cheap watches are stronger than it and I will not encourage other people to buy Guess watches.</p> <p>It was sent for repairs in the beginning of June till todate they dont update me on progress and its been Four (4) months without a watch, when i call them they say they will come back to me. i sent an email to Faharna she did not come back to me. Imagine i paid R2000 for the watch i only have for 5 months.</p> <p>The Warranty of the watch is ending in December 2016, they are waiting for December so that i will not return it to them because the warranty would be over. These people are not fair. I need a watch with a new mechanism because it is clear that the mechanism was working even at the first place.</p>
