terrible quality

I was bought a beautiful silver guess bracelet for Christmas. 2 months down the line and it is turning a bronze!! I am totally disgusted. I do not get the bracelet wet when I wash my hands, take it off when I bath and sleep. I have never sprayed any perfume or deodorant near it as I know this could damage the bracelet. The bracelet cost over R2000.00 and feel that it is not cheap and should be of high quality. This is very bad for Guess and your reputation to be selling products that do not last and of poor quality. I would like the bracelet to be replaced. My boyfriend is highly upset because I can't even wear it anymore because I do not want it to discolour further. Please contact me to arrange a collection and replacement.
