I was assisted my this lovely lady called Judith today. That lady was so patient with us and kind and also helpful. We went there looking for an item that was available online. And she told us what is in which branch and what they had in their store. We went there while it was almost time for them to knock off. But she didn't even rush us. She treated us like VVIPs. I think you said your name is Judith. I normally buy things online. But from today, you have convinced me to come inside the shop and have a conversation so I don't talk to my phone. We definitely will be back at the Brooklyn branch because of you. You were the best.
