refusal to pay back the money

<p>I went to Guess stores V & A Waterfront for a return on a purchase, they refused to reimburse me for my purchase their reason being they dont have cash in store I must come back another time, when I made my purchase it was in cash and I expect to be reimbursed in cash</p>
