Quality of Jeans

I know this will most probably fall on deaf ears... but I bought a R1200 jean from Guess about 7-8 months ago. I have always been a supporter for Levi jeans but switched to Guess for the quality. I dont mind spending the money on jeans that i love and wear allot. Needless to say, the inner thy of my jean just ripped without any reason and I went to the store this weekend, 15/08 to buy a new jean. They gave me a website for the Busby Offices but I see the website is also under construction so you cant really contact them. I am not a complainer in life, but I dont know who one can spend R1200 for jeans and it doesnt even last a year. I will wait for the website to back online and then maybe chat to someone. Service in the store is excellent, and I always go to that particular store. And that is why i dont go and shout at the people in the store since they have nothing to do with the quality of the products. I hope this reach this right people.... but then again, I see allot of complaints on this site for Guess and allot of people complain about no reply on the complaints. So lets see<br>
