Poor Quality of Guess Handbag

Good day, i purchased a black and white striped tote handbag from the Guess store in Centurion last year September, i have noticed just the other day that the straps are breaking, its only been 5 months, i do not out alot of weight on my handbags as i nornally only carry limited items in my handbags. I took the bag back to the Guess store and they refused to assit me because i did not have the original slip.<br> <br> I would appreciate it if somebody from Guess would assist me in having this bag replaced, the bag is still almost brand new and can be identified as such. The bag was around R900.
