Poor Quality from Guess

Good day<br> <br> I am a person that like to buy quality and in this case i got the complete opposite, on Friday last week I bought a Guess cellphone cover from Vodaword in Midrand, within 5 days the colour of the cover is rubbing off. please advise of the action that will be taken in this regard as this is unacceptable <br> <br> regards
