Pathetic service at Guess in Sandton

I went to the Guess store in Sandton 3 times and wasn't offered any help. On the third time I bought a bag. When I went to the till, the store assistant ignored me and went to put stickers on tags for sale items. I waited several minutes right in front of the till and no one helped me until I asked for help. I've experienced pathetic service at the Guess in Melrose Arch so clearly pathetic service is a systematic issue for this brand.
