Matter not sorted out after weeks
I am so fed up with Guess! I spent thousands of rands on Guess every year and the quality is so bad. after my complaint about the holes in my Guess t-shirts on Hello Peter I had some delayed responses from Busby House, I am now fed up with this. how can you sell such bad quality as an international brand? Seems that they are not interested in resolving this!!

this hellopeter account was created for the GUESS stand alone stores, when it comes to product purchased at other outlets you will have to take it up with them directly.
I have requested from you to send me the dates of purchase as well as item codes to see if I will be able to assist, to date I have not received these, if you can supply me with this, I will attempt to assist as best I can, as mentioned before I have no jurisdiction when it comes to other outlets that is not a GUESS stand alone store
