Guess what?

<p>I purchased a blue Guess jeans at the end of Dec 2016 from Guess Sandton City for R899. After one wear i noticed the jeans fabric was ripping so i took it back to the store. The lady remembered me but as i did not have a receipt and paid with Credit card, she asked me to bring my credit card statement showing the transaction. her name is Ntabiseng. I brought it to the store and they did the swap for me to a new paid of the same jeans. One day later, the same thing started happening- the fabric was ripping, immediately i called the store and the lady told me to come in again. As Ntabiseng was not in, a lady called Ntombi assisted me and said i should swap it again. There was no blue jeans as i initially wanted, i took a black jeans (which i paid in the differnce in price) as they couldnt give me the same blue one. </p> <p>A week later, i saw Guess has a blue one which i actually want, which costs more (which i dont mind paying in the balance) , Ntombi advises me that she cannot swap it as she needs authorization from Ntabiseng and she will get her to call me. its now 5 days later, no word from Guess Sandton, again i call the store- i speak to Ntombi who advises me that the manager said that they will not allow me to swap it and the history of the jeans is too complicated.</p> <p>no 1- i didnt have a receipt for the first pair so everytime they swapped the jeans and i paid a differnce, i also didnt get a receipt.</p> <p>No2- Should the quality of the first pair been fine, i would not need to swap all the time</p> <p>No3- Now the new paid of jeans which is black, what i actally did not want, im stuck with because they refuse to swap it?</p> <p>no4- im not asking that they swap the jeans for free- im willing to pay in the differnce again.</p> <p> </p> <p>The original pair was R899- the black one is R999.00 still new with the Tags on it.</p> <p>The jeans i want it R1399.00 which again i dont mind paying the difference in but Guess is making as if they doing me a favor by changing jeans when it was their fault to begin with because of the quality and i have paid in the balance. This is really disgusting!!!! </p>
