GUESS WATCH COMPLAINT

Hi,<br> <br> Last year my wife bought me a Guess Watch for my birthday while we were on a boat cruise on the MSC Opera.<br> <br> To my dismay (although my watch is 100m water resistant) water was leaking into the watch. I took it in to Ravats Jewellers who in turn sent it in to the SA agents for GUESS Watches - S Bacher in Johannesburg. I had to pay the courier costs of R150 out of my own pocket for the repair.<br> <br> Within a few days from receiving back my watch (after it had been fixed) I had exactly the same problem. Yet again the watch was sent in for repairs. This was in early December 2014 and although I was asked to pay the courier cost again I refused and S Bacher agreed that they will carry the courier fees.<br> <br> I received my watch back yesterday AND YET AGAIN water is getting inside!!! Please note that I only bath/shower with this watch - I do not even swim with it!<br> <br> Can anybody from GUESS please give me feedback as to what will be done to sort out this problem! I want this watch replaced as it seem that GUESS SA (Agent S Bacher) is unable to fix an expensive watch WITH a guarantee!<br> <br> Regards<br> Martin
