Guess Watch

I am utterly disappointed with the service from Guess.

My husband bought me a watch in November last year. The ladies at the Guess Accessories store had to readjust the strap to fit my hand. During the December holiday the strap broke. I took it back to Guess Accessories in Sandton with the slip and warranty. Apparently Guess does not cover the strap of any watch and it would take 5 to 6 weeks for it to get repaired AT MY COST. What kind of service is this where a warranty doesn't stand for an expensive product? I am a regular Guess purchaser and I feel that I am cheated by you.

I await your positive feedback.

Many thanks
Mrs. Patel

Hello Radiyyah,

I do apologise for your experience with our product and agree that a watch strap should not break within the first month

The company that supplies our watches has a policy that all watches need to be assessed prior to a decision being made by them. this would be the reason as to why the store had to send the watch away.

kindly let me know If you have received any further feedback as I would like to resolve this matter for you urgently.

please feel free to contact me directly on ***

kind regards
