Guess ***** Up

Firstly, just like to mention dont order online from Guess rather just vist the nearest retail outlit

When ordering my item the system gliched and did not want to even accept my online payment...i have to resort to phone the service desk and spoke to Fiona who was helpful, however i still had to make and immidiate payment.

I received an email from fiona confirming that the package was delivered to my selected branch...

I went into Sandton City, yesterday only to find out that the pack was delivered to the incorrect outlet. Aramax sends it to the incorrect outlet, i selected Sandton City they go and deliver it to Malrose Arch.

However luckly Khumbelo made a plan together with the Regional Manger and I finally got my item which i love.

Thanks Khumbelo you deserve to be promoted, you proomised something and delivered on it 👍🏽
