Guess they are not geared for service . Don't waste your time .

Bought a watch 27 Jul 2017 costing a small fortune months later strap had to be replaced not without a major battle , I eventually spoke to the repairers Bacher and Co who finally repaired costing me time and money going there . My watch has now stopped , I have had the battery checked by a professional went into Guess Stores The Palms in Boksburg said they could not help me unless they had a receipt , I asked if they had not kept a record of the serial no , apparently not or the sales person was just not interested , unable to locate a Guess helpline in SA .
