Guess refused to exchange and refund and they don't honour this policy even if it's on their receipts.

I have purchased 2 denims from Guess in October in Clearwater and they both does not fit and I have been begging them to either exchange or refund them but instead they disrespect me and refuse to help me. I am very disturbed and disappointed at the kind of service Guess is giving its clients. I have sent more than 3 emails to Guess offices and they just promise that someone will contact me but they never did and it's been over a month and the refund/return date has past too. I know they might ignore this but people should be warned about their bad service and their unprofessionalism. I am deeply hurt by this.
