GUESS POOR QUALITY POOR SERVICE

I bought a Guess bag at Edgars Parow Centre last year December for R1299.00 and only started wearing the bag 3 months ago. The bag faded and stitching is coming lose. I went back to the store they said they cannot do anything about it the returns policy says return in 6 months from purchase date. PLEASE DO NOT BUY GUESS PRODUCTS ITS A WASTE OF MONEY THE CHINA OR LOCAL BAGS QUALITY ARE BETTER THAN GUESS AND YOU CAN BUY YOU MORE MAGS WITH THAT MONEY. GUESS IS THE WORST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET. BOTH EDGARS AND GUESS HAS THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
