Guess keeps your money hostage!

<p>I purchased an outfit from Guess for R1800 for a function. Due to the fact that my daughter fell ill and we at a hospital I couldnt use the outfit for the reason I bought it and I couldn't return it withon the 10 days of purchase. I was informed I can get a gift card instead. A gift card will not work in another store or help pay my medical bills or anything else for that matter. I would think such an expensive and fancy store would have a little more consideration.if it was purchased at Edgars or Truworths there would be a 30 day policy. But 10 is just ridiculous. And to offer a gift card. How is a store entitled to tell u how your money must be spent. And because you used that money in that store you can only use your money in that store. </p> <p> </p> <p>Guess you suck! </p>
