Guess Clearwater Mall dont want to refund

<p>We bought a watch that stops working every 3 months, After replacing it 3 times now they want to give us a new one but the warranty will expire in 2 months and the problem will carry on witout warranty, we ask for a refund 4 times already and they dont want to do it, even we ask to change it for other product as a handbag or clotes and they refuse, they says the manager will call us several times over the last 9 months and they never reply, is a total waste of time</p>
