Guess how my retail experience with Guess Clothing Store was? Over the weekend went to Guess at World Wear which now is called Fairland Walk Shopping Centre. Bought two pairs of jeans and got to discover they were not the right size. Tried to have them exchanged and they refused to exchange the one pair because the tag was not there however I had the slip. They instead advised me to go have the jeans altered at a dry cleaners.
