guess bag falling to parts

<p>hello peter </p> <p> </p> <p>I got a guess bag for Christmas last year from my hubby and I loved it but I never use it much so it’s only been out three times and the other day I thought I will use it a bit more this year and its falling apart its cracking and the handles is torn and the black seals are falling off now for a normal cheap bag fine I understand but this bag cost quite a bit not penny’s I am not happy with guess product I could easy tell friends of mine not to bother it can’t even keep one year I have a VAN bag that I bought 4 years ago and I can still use it the gold is going off a bit but what can you say I used it every day for 4 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Marcelle Steer </p>
