False informantion.

Had the worst experience with Guess. bought a golf T-shirt and it didn't fit me, returned to the store the following day and the teller who assisted me by the name of Van Eden told me that they didn't make any money that day so he would than change my cash into a voucher which I can redeem into cash at any time, today the manager Nicole told me I can't redeem a voucher into cash.. which is atter nonsense cause now I have to carry around a voucher for a store that doesn't cater for big sizes. Meaning regardless I would have lost because of one employees incompetence and misinformation.
