Extremely poor quality for over priced product

I recieved a Guess Charm bracelet for Christmas as a gift. Its only been 3 months and the charms are discolored and the chain has started to rust. This is unacceptable for an expensive bracelet. I'm extremely disappointed with Guess, a reputable brand. I have the bracelet i need to arrange it to changed or some sort of arrangement.
