empty promises

about a month ago after reporting my story on hellopeter, I was told by the regional manager of guess that my bad quality watch will be replaced like he asked and I requested but till this day I am still sitting with a broken watch! That's the last time I support any guess merchandise! Bad bad customer service. And thank you for not replying to my last email. I guess I am a valued valued customer. May u prosper in the work u doing now!
