Disintegrating GUESS Leather Jacket

<p>I have always been a huge GUESS ambassador for as long as I can remember until today.</p> <p>When I opened my cupboard today, the GUESS leather jacket which I have only worn a handful of times has disintegrated. I don't even wear jackets for long periods of time just entering an establishment and leaving. How on earth does this happen to a "quality" product which was an expensive investment purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>All of these photos are from a unique part of the garment, no duplicates.</p> <p>It has disintegrated all around front, both sides and bottom of the jacket.</p> <p>This has never happened to me before and I am horrified as I was looking to enjoy the jacket now in winter.</p> <p>After being a loyal supporter of GUESS for two decades, I have lost faith in the Brand and Its products and cannot support GUESS in future risking a similar experience as above.</p> <p>marketing diorector and ops manager did not even bother to reply to my emails with pics</p> <p>next stop the star with photos!~!!</p>
