Disgusting customer service

I purchased a Guess jeans a month ago. After one wear, I see that it it has stretched and the fit is not the same as the first time that I tried it on. I have more than 15 pairs of guess jeans so O know the fit. The lady at the store (Thando Mazibuke) was so rude from the minute we entered the store. She was sort off ‘scolding’ me and saying that I should’ve taken four sizes smaller. Then she shouts at me saying that she refuses to refund me (I never asked for a refund) cos she won’t be able to sell it again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. She shouted and clicked her tongue. I was appalled.
