Damanged Watch in less then 6moths of purchase

I bought my watch at Edgars Menlyn Mall not more then 6months ago and all of a sudden my watch chain just broke, I have watches that I have owned for a while now I have never had that problem. I have bought my watch very expensively and then it just brakes like that. I feel that your guys quality is really bad and I don't think I will ever buy a guess watch again.
