Bought Guess shorts in July, they tore in February

I bought Guess shorts on July 24th, 2015, from the fancy store in 5th Avenue, New York City, thinking I was getting great quality.<br> <br> Then, in February this year, I bent over to pick something up off the ground and they tore right down the back! They were not too small for me or anything like that, just inferior Chinese quality, I guess. <br> <br> Very disappointing because I seldom shop at label stores. <br> <br> I reported this to Guess, Cavendish Centre, my nearest Guess store. But they have taken weeks and not gotten back to me.
