Blue demin shirt colour coming out badly

I bought a very expensive demin shirt f for my son. The first time he wore it the blue came off on his white t-shirt he was wearing under it. In the wash the dark blue spoilt all the other washing ... so mucy colour came out that after 3 hand washes is was still making the water dark blue.. The colour of the shirt is already fading and it was bought for the specific colour we wanted.<br> I phoned head office and was told sorry. They should have warned you about the colour. But surely a little colour but not to that extent?
