Bad service for online store - very unhappy

On Monday 24 August I placed an order for R1130 and never got an order confirmation, On Thursday 27 August I called them to check why I do not have an update on my order, the lady said to me she cant help me and I must send an email to ***. She advised me that she is not allowed to give me her phone number as she is working from home. I sent an email to her and no response, I then tried to call the company again and they not answering the called. I have phoned 15 times. I want and update on my order or my money back, these clothes are bought for my sons birthday party.
