Bad service

I have placed an order online with this people last week Thursday, they never emailed me an order confirmation email or the order number. Tried calling them, their number just go unanswered or its not available. Left emails and DM on Twitter NOTHING is being responded to. Went to their two stores in Eastgate where my order is supposed to be delivered with a proof of payment on hand. Still couldn't get assisted.
