Bad Service

On Saturday the 16th August 2015 i went to Access Park Guess in Kenilworth. I asked management if they could please do a quality assessment on my jeans that i purchased at the cavendish store as i was not happy with the quality. I was aware that i was over their 6 month policy by 2 months.. but my guess jeans always last me a good 3 years & i have only had these for roughly 8months.<br> The managers response to me was, the reason my jeans have only lastest as long as 8 months is due to me washing them in washing powder - he said i should only wash my jeans in water. To me this is very unhygienic. I have never purchased a product that I'm not aloud to wash. If this is the case with their product, someone should of informed me of this.. then i would never of made the purchase. <br> The manager told me he would get back to me on Monday the18th but not response, on Tuesday i called in he told me he would response by the end of the day, but still no response. On Wednesday i called again but management was not working. On Thursday i called again, the manager said he still didn't have an answer for me.. He called me this morning to stay my request was declined due to the 6 month policy.
