bad service

I went to the store to return a damaged lace t shirt which i bought for 800 and wore it once but was told they wont be able to assist me cos i didnt have a slip. I then bought a jacket for the value of R1300.Whilst at home i realised that it was too small and went back to the store for exchange. To my suprised, they told me that i was supposed to have returned it within 10 days. Though i had a slip and the garment still in its original state.they told me though its a retail shop, they dont operate like like normal retail shop such as Edgars.im now stucked with a 1300 jacket that i cant wear.
