900 rands guess jean bad quality

I baught a guess jean at edgars to the value of 900 rand. I have followed the washing instructions yet after the 2nd wash it had already washed out. I am very disapointed in the guess brand. When you pay that kind of m0ney for an item you expect it to be quality. I would appreciate it if this situation can be rectified.
