3 weeks and yet no response/sms/phone call.

Hi,

I handed in a watch for a battery replacement at the Pavilion Guess store in which I was promised atleast prompt response and sms's on whats happening. This was on the 14th of February, I sent the watch in for a battery replacement as I was told that no other watch shop can change the battery.

Neel, the consultant that helped me and took the watch, told me that the watch would be back by last Thursday latest, (5 March 2015) and still nothing.

Do I need to ask for a refund for this ridiculously priced watches when the battery only lasted 2months since purchase?

Or do I need to get the ombudsman/news involved as Guess is highly over priced for poor quality?

I do not recommend anyone to use the pavilion Guess store for any repairs as they lack in service and its been 3weeks for a silly battery repair, and the battery lasts 2 months, so as a matter of fact, you wont really have time to wear it... SO DONT BUY IT!

Hello BVANJAARSVELD,

Hi Bianca

I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, your watch needed to be sent to the supplier in JHB for assessment and a change of battery hence the longer turn around time.

A message was sent to you on the 04/03/2015 to collect the watch however the number on the repair note does not correspond to the number listed on your complaint.

I have tried calling you today on both the numbers provided and I am unable to get through to you, I will try again later.

Should you have any further queries please contact me on ***

Regards

Lisa Baker
