Very rude and arrogant customer service

Service it is very bad and arrogant had to do an exchange at the shop, I called in the morning I told them I lost the slip they said it is fine. But to my surprise when I got to the shop I received a very poor and arrogant service from a lady called Reid she is a sales person very rude
