Disrespectful staff

We have been booking into this guest house for the last few nights and they falsely accused me and my wife for smoking in the room where we go outside to smoke because our son is asthmatic and one of the workers are being such a pervert. He stands at the customers windows while they are making love and he plays with himself where I find it very disrespectful and disturbing.

Such a person shouldn't work at a guest house where he makes the customers feel uncomfortable. They really need to work on the staff and make sure that they are not perverts or that they do not make the customers feel uncomfortable. We would like a peaceful night without worrying about who listen or stands by the window.
