Watch strap for Gucci watch

I have been trying to get a quote on replacing my watch strap on my Gucci watch. Have corresponded over the phone and via email to get pricing on a new original Gucci watch strap. It has been over a month since I first requested a price on a new original Gucci watch strap. Have received a quote on a calf skin leather strap via email, but that was not my request. Found a original Gucci watch strap by searching online from a company in London but do not want to order it online as I would like to do it at the store in Sandton. Have been waiting over 2 weeks just to get a photo of even the calf skin leather strap and still haven't received anything.
