Unacceptable service from Gucci

I purchased a scarf and 2 shoes from Gucci, the invoice they issue me with incorrect information on it, when I ask them to correct it, they said they were busy unable to do so, come in another day. When I pop in the following week, they refuse to change the invoice, without any reason and ionically said \you should ask to change the invoice sooner"what a rude attitude!!! I never suffer this problem in the other luxury stores!"""
