Check your goods before walking away

I bought a 7000 tshirt for my wife as part of her birthday gifts, I had it wrapped in its original paper wrapping, upon opening it we realized that it had makeup and had been worn, when I took it back we also realized that I had been given a ****, the stuff treats me like a ******** and the manager refuses to get back to me, I can understand being given a **** because you employ a bunch of ********* but why give me something with has already been worn in the middle of a global pandemic????
