Worst service ever in this company

My claim declined because I was using the number that is not registered with them.

I disputed the matter since I only used one number that is on MTN contact dispute the phone had a duel SIM I requested them to provide me with the number that is registered with them and the number that was on the phone when I lost it,to date nothing happened instead they have been asking for this and that of which I responded to all their requirements,on the 4th of January 2023 they sent me an email stating that they will review and get back to me I should then give them 5working days,shooo till today nothing.im asking myself why they opened an insurance company deducted monthly only not to pay when you put in the claim
