Worst service ever.....

i claimed to have my cellphone repaired on the 30th August 2023. They came to fetch it on the 6th of September 2023. i paid my excess a week later after i had to ask if they got my device. Im still waiting for my phone and its 26 October 2023 today. i had to purchase a new phone. they have caused me inconveint me and doesnt care about customer service.They dont reply on emails, they give lame or no excuses. they are incompetant. I have sent numerous emails asking for help but nothing. there landline dont work you never get through.as soon as i get my phone i will be cancelling this insurance. i am want to make a case against them. no one should go through this.
