WORST SERVICE EVER
Gaurdrisk rejected my claim for my cellphone insurance saying that I unattended my phone while it was clearly ****** when it was with me in my car. The police report and affidavit cleary state that I do not know whether they expect me to fight for my life for an insured device. The flimsy excuse they sent me doesnt even make sense if the person who wrote it actually cared to read the affidavit. Now their phones arnt being answered and got an out of office reply saying that they will be back on the 3rd of August. So I must wait till then to get a reply but every single month I pay for insurance against loss and theft!!!!!!!
