Worst service claim ref 464030

Worst ever dealt with so far in my entire life, full week of back and forth trying to find loop holes and excuses to not pay. I wish I never had join their warranty. It is stressful to make a claim I never thought I would go through this in life. I will not mind if then can just give me my money back and cancel so call warranty that doesn't exist anyway.
