Worst insurance underwriter for MTN
My phone claim to have my phone repaired was approved on the 3rd November 2020 till today MTNs underwriter under Guardrisk (Admin Tech) has been giving me the run around about when I would receive my phone.The team leader Ms Chairmane Mnguni at Admin Tech is never available to resolve complaints.
