Worst insurance ever!

I really hope people see this before taking up an insurance with MTN which is underwritten by guardrisk. They are terrible. They are the worst decision you could ever make. I claimed for my cellphone a month ago. There is no competence from either them or MTN, so honestly, save yourselves, take anything else for your cellphone insurance but them. I don't know how many times I have called into the call center with different stories from consultants regarding the process of my claim. In a nutshell, I am disgusted with this insurance company and MTN.
